ISIRERI

Oar in hand
canoe afloat
third eye open
we sing cosmic tales
we nurture the roots
every glance, every smile, every tear,
each movement of the water
passing through the oar
holding the canoe
till reaching the mind of the green mountain
listening to its thoughts
blowing them to the five winds
letting them cross the borders of the body.

I DON’T KNOW HOW TO SEDUCE

Everything is yours
because of you
it goes to your hand your ear your gaze
(…)
I cried for you at birth
I learned you in school
I loved you in the loves of those days.
Then
all the things
the friends the books the failures
the anguish the summers the homework
illnesses leisure confidences
everything was marked
directed
blind
surrendered
toward the place
where you were going to put your hands on the hang
show me the Om bowl
so, I could tell you in an embrace:
–I am entire and determined, I don’t know how to seduce, I know how to love.
